General conditions

Group courses

1. Our group courses take place at our location (in person) or online only (via Zoom or Skype).
2. Official registration for a group course will take place via email. Once a client has registered for a course, an invoice will be sent to their email address. The course fee must be paid before the start of the course.
3. The minimum number of participants in a group class is 4. The maximum number of participants in a group class is 8.
4. If only three people have enrolled in a group class, the course will proceed if each participant agrees to pay an additional fee to cover the cost of the missing fourth participant.
5. If only two people enrol in a group class, the course will be cancelled. The fees will be refunded within seven days of cancellation.
6. Once a client has registered for a group course, missed classes will not be refunded.

Private classes

1. Private classes take place at our location (in person) or online only (via Zoom or Skype).
2. For private classes, clients will receive an invoice at the end of every month. The invoice includes a list of the number of classes that have been given over that month.
3. A client will not be charged if a class is cancelled more than 24 hours before it is due to begin.

Other general conditions

1. Study materials are included in the price. However, the study materials required for the integration exam and the NT2 exam are not included.
2. We do not charge VAT, as language classes in the Netherlands are exempt from VAT.
